Which one is better, stainless steel manifold or copper?

1.Stainless Steel Manifold

The Stainless Steel Manifold has strong corrosion resistance and strong pressure resistance. What are the technical requirements of the manifold?

1 Sealing performance. Carry out the water pressure sealing test according to the specified test method, and the leakage at each valve of the water distributor shall not exceed 1mL/min. The total leakage of each connection part of the water distributor shall not exceed 1mL/min.

2 water pressure strength. The hydraulic strength test is carried out according to the test method. The main body of the water distributor is not allowed to leak, and other components are not allowed to have residual deformation that affects normal use.

3 Corrosion resistance. The surface of aluminum castings must be anodized, and the surfaces of other materials must have corrosion resistance or be treated for corrosion resistance. After the test, there should be no peeling, peeling or pitting pits visible to the naked eye, and it should be able to operate normally.

4 valve device and size. There must be a valve device on the water outlet of the water distributor, and the diameter of the valve shall not be smaller than that of the water outlet of the water distributor.

5 Valve opening force. The valve should open and close flexibly, without jamming, and the maximum opening force should comply with relevant regulations.
